3. User Accounts

To use Fap Track, you may create an account using Google Sign-In.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. User Content

Any data you input into Fap Track (dates, times, moods, places, notes) is your personal content. You retain full ownership of your data. Fap Track stores this data locally on your device and in Firestore for account synchronization purposes only.

5. Data Storage and Synchronization

Your habit tracking data may be stored in Firebase Firestore and Hive database to enable:

• Cross-device synchronization
• Data persistence
• Account recovery

You can delete your data at any time through the app or by deleting your account.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Fap Track is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the application. The app is designed as a tracking tool and should not be considered medical or psychological advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fap Track shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the application.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted in the application. Your continued use of Fap Track constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Fap Track at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
